We are committed to helping our customers find their ultimate item, but we also recognize that sometimes that find isn't quite right.
- Returns can be made for store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Sale and discounted items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Items discounted 30% or more are final sale.
- Goods must include all original tags, be in original packaging, and be in fully resalable condition.
- Certain items, such as special orders, gift cards, undergarments, food, sunscreen, insect repellant, maps, fuel, liquids, lip balms, etc., cannot be returned.
- The original receipt must be provided.
